SARS-CoV2 Spike Glycoprotein Intermediate Fusion 6VXX-6XRA depicts the transition of the SD2 domain from its 'Prefusion/Active' state to the elongated Intermediate Fusion state. In this conformation, the FP domains have been extended from the core stalk of SD2 up into the host cell's plasma membrane.
